NorthSted exists because owning a rental in New Jersey shouldn't mean running a second job. We work across Central Jersey and the Jersey Shore, and you'll always deal with the same people who know your property, whether you own it or live in it.
How we work
What working with us actually looks like.
Your first month
We walk the property, agree on a rent target and a spending approval limit, take over tenant contact, and set up your monthly statement. If it's vacant, marketing starts the same week.
When something breaks
The tenant calls us. We triage it, send one of our vetted local vendors, and only spend above your approval limit with your say-so. You hear about it in your statement, or immediately if it's serious.
Every month after
Rent lands, and your statement shows income, expenses, and anything that needs a decision, in plain English with receipts. No surprises is the whole point.

Central Jersey & the Jersey Shore.
We manage single-family homes and small multi-family buildings across Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties: Freehold, Manalapan, Howell, Red Bank, Toms River, Brick, and the towns around them. If you're nearby, ask. The answer is usually yes.
